Inclusive Research Culture Workshop

The Research Training Centre is pleased to offer a workshop on Inclusive Research Culture with Dr. Imogen Coe.

This interactive workshop will focus on building practical skills for research and lab environments. Participants will explore common situations that can come up in labs, including unclear expectations, communication challenges, authorship or credit questions, giving and receiving feedback, and navigating difficult conversations.

Through small case-based discussions, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on real-world lab scenarios and learn tools to support self-advocacy, professional communication, psychological safety, bystander awareness, and stronger team culture.

All UHT graduate students and postdoctoral fellows are highly encouraged to attend this workshop.
