Workshop Description:
Join us to discuss tools for finding your research story. Being able to communicate your research as a story can help you craft proposals and papers that reviewers are eager to fund and publish. We will cover writing strategies related impact, urgency, surprise, structure, and narrative. The session will include an interactive presentation, as well as opportunities to practice the techniques and receive feedback. You are welcome (but not required) to bring a draft of a proposal, abstract, or paper that you are currently working on for the activities.
