Rachel Lodge is the Clinical Manager of Mental Health Acute Care program at St. Michael’s Hospital and a practice-based researcher with the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute. Her research interests include identify strategies to improve access to care and support patient centered models of care within the mental health context. In addition to her research, she also leads quality improvement initiatives within the Inpatient Mental Health Unit, and Mental Health Emergency Services Area to support team collaboration and delivery of patient care.
