Rosane Nisenbaum

Dr. Rosane Nisenbaum is a Biostatistician at MAP Centre for Urban Health Solutions and Applied Health Research Centre with expertise in designing and analyzing intervention studies to improve health and housing outcomes for adults and youth experiencing homelessness, and population studies to identify individual and neighbourhood effects on health outcomes. She has special interest in the application of multilevel models, longitudinal and categorical data analysis, multiple imputation, and matching and weighting methods. She is also a co-investigator and collaborator in interdisciplinary projects initiated by other Unity Health Toronto scientists, residents, fellows and graduate students, and co-authored publications in the areas of Hematology, Infectious Disease, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology, and Pediatrics. She is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Biostatistics at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, where she co-teaches the course ‘Laboratory in Statistical Design & Analysis’, serves as a practicum supervisor and thesis committee member.
