The Genomics and Molecular Biology Core offers expertise and access to cutting-edge technologies for a wide range of genomic applications, including next-generation sequencing (NGS), single-cell genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, genotyping, and digital PCR-based analyses.
Equipped with advanced instrumentation, we support whole genome and exome sequencing, RNA sequencing, targeted sequencing, and high-throughput gene expression profiling using platforms such as Illumina, Nanostring, and droplet digital PCR. In addition, our specialist provides consultation, protocol development and data analysis to ensure researchers can maximize the potential of their genomic studies. We also facilitate collaborations, support grant applications, and provide training opportunities for students and research fellows. Whether you require standard sequencing services or customized genomic solutions, our core is committed to enabling groundbreaking discoveries in health, disease, and beyond.

New users must follow both the general and core guidelines and obtain approval from the Specialist before accessing the genomic core rooms. For refresher or specialized training (excluding end-point PCR and qPCR), please contact the Specialist.
