Biography

Dr. Anish Kirpalani is the Chief of the Department of Medical Imaging and an abdominal and cardiovascular radiologist at St. Michael’s Hospital. He is Associate Professor in the Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto. He has previously served as the Division Head for Abdominal Radiology, the Director of Medical Imaging Research, and the medical lead for the MRI Research Centre at St. Michael’s Hospital.

He is the author of over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles and has given over 50 invited lectures nationally and internationally, mostly in the fields of abdominal and cardiovascular MRI.
