Biography

Dr. Chan is an antimicrobial stewardship/infectious diseases clinical pharmacist at St. Joseph’s Health Center. She joined St. Joseph’s Health Center in 2014, after completing her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. Prior to her Doctor of Pharmacy, Dr. Chan completed her undergraduate degree in Pharmacy at the University of British Columbia and a pharmacy residency at London Health Sciences Center. She also holds a Master of Sciences in Health Research Methodology from McMaster University.

Her research interests include antimicrobial stewardship interventions in different clinical areas and optimizing pharmacokinetics/ pharmacokinetics for multi-drug resistant organisms.
