Biography

Suzanne Lu is a Foot and Ankle Wound Chiropodist and Clinical Coordinator in the Department of Wound Care. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Community Health (Wound Prevention & Care) from the University of Toronto. She is a Clinical Adjunct Professor at The Michener Institute of Education at UHN. Her clinical practice is focused on the management of complex foot wounds and wound healing. Her involvement in interprofessional practice based research started in 2015 when she was a recipient of the inaugural research grant from the IPBR program. Her main research interests include the high-risk foot, evidence-based practice in diabetic foot wounds and limb salvage.
