Before registering for any Vivarium offered courses, you must be added to an approved Animal Use Protocol (AUP)

You can find the cage in the LKSKI parking garage next to the entry and exit ramp. To ensure the safety of all those using the parking garage, some security measures have been put in place. Most importantly, there will be a requirement to walk your bike up and down the ramp at all times.
In order to gain access, you must be an employee at the LKSKI.
Step 1: Please complete the following bike cage agreement outlining the safety and security requirements in order to have your bike cage access authorized.
Step 2: Once completed, please submit it to the Research Facilities email at researchfacilities@unityhealth.to
If your card is not working after 48 hours or you have any issues with your access, please follow-up with Security on the 10th floor of the Peter Gilgan Patient Care Tower at the main Hospital.
