Recurring payments are used for continuous payments that are made on a frequent basis for an extended period of time.

How to Submit a Recurring Payment Form

  1. Please complete the following Recurring Payment Form
  2. Once complete, submit supporting documentation attached with completed form to the Research Administration Office.

Note: Ensure that the supporting documentation shows proof of funding for the specified duration along with invoice of the frequency amount and copy of agreement between the two parties.

Common Examples of those who receive Recurring Payments:

  • An External Vendor with an Agreement
  • Contract or Grant payments
