Review of staff change package by the Research Ethics Board
Staff changes are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The contact person for the staff change will typically be the Research Ethics Coordinator that worked on the original application. If you don’t have a Research Ethics Coordinator, please email email@example.com.
During review of the application the Research Ethics Coordinator will contact you with any clarifications that are needed prior to approving the staff change.
Approval of the staff change application
Once the review is complete and all concerns have been addressed, your staff change application will be approved or noted to file.
If an approval letter is issued, it will be sent to you via email.
