The migration process for existing studies is almost complete. Once your study has been migrated, all post-approval submissions (amendments, renewals, etc.) must be submitted via the eREB.
REMINDER: The Research Ethics Office is not accepting hard copy submissions. Submissions for pre-eREB studies that have not yet been migrated should sent to the REB Inbox (researchethics@unityhealth.to). Send only one form (with related attachments) per email. All communications to the REB Inbox should be sent by the PI or by a research team member with the PI cc’d.
